I am on staff as a clinical neuropsychologist for the Permanente Medical Group and co-direct our interdisciplinary pediatric sports concussion clinic and manage the outpatient neuropsychology assessment program. For the decade prior to this I was a Staff Neuropsychologist at the San Francisco VA Medical Center and an Associate Clinical Professor at the University of California, San Francisco School of Medicine. Prior to that, I completed a Postdoctoral Fellowship in Clinical Neuropsychology and Rehabilitation Research at the Brain Injury Research Center (BIRC) within the Department of Rehabilitation and Human Performance at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. My clinical specialty areas are traumatic brain injury, pediatric sports concussion, and post-traumatic stress disorder. I am board certified in Rehabilitation Psychology by the American Board of Professional Psychology. During my career I have been active in training and mentoring psychologists and neuropsychologists at all levels both as a faculty instructor for classroom learning and a supervisor for practicum students, psychology interns, and post-doctoral residents.
