Surin Lee is a final-year medical student at Weill Cornell Medicine–Qatar. Her academic interests include neurorehabilitation, physical medicine, and sports medicine. She has been involved in research on proteomics-based biomarker discovery in breast cancer and cognitive rehabilitation in traumatic brain injury. She also developed AI-assisted, multilingual patient education tools that merge creativity with technology. Surin founded the Qatar Trauma League, a student-led international collaboration promoting trauma education and global surgical innovation.
