Dr. Yumi Kim has over a decade of experience conducting health promotion research focused on people with disabilities. Her work centers on the development and implementation of precision-based exercise and physical activity interventions delivered through telehealth platforms, with the goal of enhancing accessibility and promoting sustainable, health-enhancing behaviors. Her research integrates innovative methodologies, including adaptive interventions and the use of Sequential Multiple Assignment Randomized Trial (SMART) designs, to personalize exercise programming and maximize long-term health outcomes.
