Mandi Sonnenfeld, PhD, MOT, OTR/L has been a licensed occupational therapist for over 20 years and is committed to ensuring high-quality clinical care through quality improvement, education, evaluation, and research. Dr. Sonnenfeld is an Instructor of Medicine at Baylor College of Medicine in the Section of Health Services Research. Dr. Sonnenfeld received her Ph.D. in Rehabilitation Sciences at the University of Texas Medical Branch. Her research is focused on health disparities of adults living with disability across the health care delivery spectrum from hospital to home. Her interests include implementation science methodology, quality improvement, and research related to health outcomes. She is a leader in advancing high-quality health service education and delivery.
