Tammy Miller, COTA/L, MHS, CBIST, CCM is the Director of Outpatient Services at On With Life, Inc. She is in her 28th year working primarily in the field of neurological rehabilitation, starting her career initially as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant. She came to On With Life in 2004, working first in their inpatient post acute rehabilitation program as a COTA and then transitioning throughout the organization in many different roles over the years. Her current role is as the director of outpatient services over two outpatient therapy clinics. In 2018 she obtained her Masters in Health Science with Emphasis in Leadership. She has additional certifications as a Certified Brain Injury Specialist Trainer, Certified Case Manager and is a CARF Program Surveyor.
