Danielle Erdman is the Vice President of Hospital Operations at Brooks Rehabilitation Hospital at Bartram. She earned her master’s degree in speech-language pathology at Vanderbilt University focusing on auditory aural rehabilitation. Danielle later discovered her passion for cognitive rehabilitation and traumatic brain injury, and served as a clinical speech-language pathologist, clinical mentor, and educator. She has since developed her skills as a hospital operator who is committed to the use of data analytics for improving operational efficiencies and quality. Danielle has led her team to successful gains in effectively managing length of stay, increasing community discharge rates, increasing functional gains, and improving regulatory compliance.
