Jourdan graduated with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from The University of Tennessee, Chattanooga in 2008. She moved to Dallas shortly after to start her job at Baylor University Medical Center where she worked for 16 years before transitioning to Baylor Medical Center, Waxahachie, TX in 2024. Jourdan has experience on the orthopedic and neuro trauma teams including some time spent at Baylor Heart and Vascular and Tom Landry OP with orthopedic patients. In 2016 she became supervisor of the orthopedic rehab team and in 2018 added the oncology team and then the medical surgical team in fall of 2023. In summer of 2024, Jourdan became the Rehab Manager at Baylor Waxahachie and continues to serve currently. Jourdan’s love for Physical Therapy ignited early in college and has only grown since then, expanding to a respect and admiration of all healthcare disciplines. Collaboration and communication are keys to her leadership. Her life motto is to make a difference in this world by helping those she comes in contact with.
