Rachel Heyl PT, MEd, AT-Ret, SCS, OMT-C
Rachel Heyl graduated from Ohio University in 1992 with a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training. Upon graduation, she worked at Wellington Orthopaedics and Sports Medicine while pursuing her Master of Education in Health Promotion and Education from the University of Cincinnati. She returned to the University of Cincinnati for Physical Therapy and graduated in 1999. She has over 32 years’ experience in orthopedic and sports medicine rehabilitation and is an APTA Board Certified Specialist in Sports Physical Therapy. She initiated and served as director for the Sports Physical Therapy Residency program at Mercy Health -Cincinnati. Rachel has published articles in orthopedic and sports medicine journals. She is currently the site supervisor at Mercy Anderson Orthopedic and Sports Rehab on Five Mile Rd.
