Dr. Bise is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Physical Therapy at the University of Pittsburgh, where he teaches musculoskeletal evaluation and treatment and leads research in value-based care delivery. A board-certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist, Dr. Bise has over 25 years of clinical and academic experience spanning outpatient orthopedics, health services research, and healthcare policy.
