Dr. Chelsea Ratcliff is an Association Professor of Psychology at Sam Houston State University with a background in studying mindfulness-based interventions on mental and physical health-related outcomes in individuals with chronic health conditions. She has received research funding from the National Cancer Institute, National Center for Comprehensive and Integrative Health, and Veterans Health Administration. She also serves as the primary research mentor for doctoral students investigating topics related to mindfulness and health among medically ill individuals, teaches courses on the delivery of evidence-based clinical psychology interventions, and supervises doctoral students providing therapy and assessment services at a community outpatient clinic.
