Advancements in neurorehabilitation demand integrating technology across clinical care and research to improve patient outcomes, drive scientific progress, and enhance operational efficiency. Clinically, tools like electronic health records (EHRs), telemedicine, and AI-driven diagnostics improve decision-making and personalized care. In research, big data analytics, machine learning, and advanced technologies accelerate novel treatments and optimize clinical trials. Industry innovations, including robotics and digital health, enhance medical device development and regulatory processes. However, challenges such as data privacy concerns, regulatory issues, and the need for healthcare professionals’ competency in adopting new technologies persist. This symposium explores how technology can transform neurorehabilitation while addressing opportunities and challenges in staffing and integration.
