Karen Krause has worked for Cornerstone VNA for the past 15 years. She started out as a staff Physical therapist out in the field, seeing patients in their homes. In 2013 Krause was promoted to the Rehab Manager position and grew the staff from 14 therapists to 47 therapists over the last 10+ years. She has recently been promoted to Rehab Director in Jan 2025 as rehab has become their own department while still working in a team effort with nursing to care for our patients.
