Mara Steinberg Lowe is an Assistant Professor at CUNY Queens College in the department of Linguistics and Communication Disorders and a speech language pathologist with expertise in assessment and treatment of neurogenic communication disorders. As a clinical researcher, she explores the connection between cognitive skills and language processing and is interested in developing theoretically-driving intervention approaches for individuals with acquired language impairments.
