Dr. Ngo-Huang is an Associate Professor in the Department of Palliative, Rehabilitation, and Integrative Medicine at the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center (MDACC). She is a board-certified Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation physician who completed a Cancer Rehabilitation fellowship at MDACC. Her clinical and research interests include: exercise oncology, the rehabilitation needs of patients with undergoing cellular therapies for hematological cancers, neurological-based rehabilitation, and prehabilitation. She is a principal investigator of multi-disciplinary clinical trials of prehabilitation for patients with pancreatic cancer and is the director of the clinical prehabilitation program at MDACC. Dr. Ngo-Huang is a strong advocate of the advancement of cancer rehabilitation with work with the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Cancer Rehabilitation Physician Consortium and the American Congress of Rehabilitation Medicine.
