A focus on knowledge translation has the potential to reduce research to practice gaps and improve application of evidence in clinical contexts. In this session, we present examples of physical and social organizational infrastructure to support knowledge translation for rehabilitation clinicians. Specific examples will offer attendees opportunities to reflect on potential strategies for their own institutions and immediate clinic settings.

Identify potential benefits of knowledge translation principles in rehabilitation settings
Define organizational physical and social infrastructure.
Identify organizational infrastructure to support knowledge translation for allied health clinicians in rehabilitation settings
Compare and contrast organizational resource use through discussion of example initiatives.
