Delivery of post-acute rehabilitation is being transformed by technological advancements and changing reimbursement structures. This session will explore four healthcare delivery models—traditional in-person, fully virtual, hybrid, and value-based care—and their implications for rehabilitation specialists.
Regulatory policies and reimbursement structures will be reviewed, and attendees will learn how emerging technologies are reshaping healthcare delivery. The session will highlight relevant updates based on the latest information available to prepare attendees for the shift toward value-based care models.
This session will demonstrate how providers can successfully navigate new models of care by incorporating digital technology into their workflows to enhance patient engagement, streamline workloads, and optimize outcomes. Participants will also explore the significance of caregiver training, digital health solutions, and care navigation in ensuring continuity of care and improving rehabilitation success.
Attendees will leave empowered with actionable insights on leveraging technology and policy changes to optimize their delivery of post-acute rehabilitation.
