Fatima Sharif holds a degree in Neuroscience and Philosophy from the College of William & Mary, with a concentration in Contemplative Science. Her interdisciplinary training drives her commitment to integrative neurorehabilitation, focusing on cognitive rehabilitation. Fatima is passionate about investigating how neurodiagnostic data track with subtle aspects of lived experience, and is particularly interested in developing therapeutic interventions that leverage the connection between respiration and the nervous system, with the goal of translating these insights to advance precision neurorehabilitation. Her current research evaluates the clinical viability of transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) for traumatic brain injury.
