Andrew Packel has been a board-certified neurologic physical therapist for over 20 years and continues to practice in the acute inpatient rehabilitation setting. He is currently the Locomotor program clinical manager at Jefferson Moss-Magee Rehabilitation and also serves as the chair of the Rehabilitation Treatment Specification Networking Group at ACRM, and is one of the original developers of the RTSS.
